Returns and Exchanges

Defective or incorrect merchandise received

  • We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products and deliveries. However, if you receive a defective product or an item that is different from the one you ordered, we will replace it with a good or correct product as soon as the problem is confirmed.
  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a replacement due to stock-out, we will issue a refund.
  • Please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of the product, and return the product to us within 10 days of receipt by cash on delivery (at our expense).

In case of customer's inconvenience

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., wrong product image, change of mind, wrong product, etc.).
Please be sure to check the details of the product and your order before placing your order.


Refund Policy

  • In the event that a refund is required for an order, in principle, the refund will be made to the payment method used. However, if we are unable to refund to your payment method due to unavoidable circumstances, we will refund your order by another method.
  • If the product you ordered is out of stock, you will be asked to wait until a similar product is available again, or if you wish, we will refund the total purchase price of the product, including consumption tax, handling fee, and shipping costs. No interest will be charged on the refund.
  • In the unlikely event that new shipping or handling charges are incurred due to the return of defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, we will not refund or reimburse more than the amount paid at the time of order.
